The beetroot looks like the heart. It’s shaped like the heart, it’s red like the heart. You look at the stems and leaves coming out, it looks like it’s arteries and veins filled with blood.

The reason they call this beet –and it used to be beat just like the heartbeat. This is the heartbeat, it’s just been taken away in its naming and people have forgotten about it.

If you want to get to the root of the problems of heart and circulatory system get the beetroot – that’s how you get to it.

It’s so fascinating. We have found that people who have palpitations, arrhythmias, anything going on with the heart and the circulatory system, that this is one of the foods that is right there at the top level as medicine. It overcomes deficiencies, it clears toxicities, and it restores heart function and circulatory function. It’s brilliant.
